How to Claim Your Refund

Claiming your refund is easy:

  • Order the desired item from our website.
  • Send an email to us at sales@eternitybyyoni.com including:
  • your order number
  • the URL of the site where you find the item at a lower price
  • instructions on how to find the item on that website
  • After we receive your email, we will visit the competitor's website to verify the price difference, refund your account for the difference plus 10%, then send you an email to notify you of the new total.

Terms and Conditions

Please review the following terms and conditions before submitting your refund request.

  • The item must be in stock on the competitor's website.
  • The diamond must be the exact same GIA or AGLS number.
  • The item must match the style, material, and gemstone as the item you ordered from us.
  • The price must be the competitor's normal retail price. Special promotions, rebates, and gift certificates are ineligible for the refund.
  • The website where you found the lower price must be a professional online retailer; auction sites are ineligible for the refund.
  • The final publicly advertised price that would have been paid at the other site, including shipping and tax, less any promotion, will be compared to the final price on your order with Eternity by Yoni and will be included when calculating the difference.
  • You may claim your refund no later than 10 days after you make your purchase.
  • Offer is valid on orders/items shipped to destinations within the United States only.
  • You may claim one refund per month per customer.
  • You may claim up to $500 in refunds per year per customer.
